Day 1: Lake Naivasha Experience
Pick-Up & Transfer to Lake Naivasha
Your safari begins with a pick-up from your hotel or designated location, followed by a scenic drive towards Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in time for lunch and settle into your lodge or camp surrounded by tranquil natural scenery.
Lake Naivasha Activities
Enjoy a relaxing afternoon with a choice of activities. You may take a scenic boat ride across Lake Naivasha, where you can spot hippos and a wide variety of birdlife, followed by a guided walking safari in a nearby animal sanctuary where giraffes, zebras, and antelopes roam freely.
Alternatively, you may choose to relax at your lodge and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and beautiful lake views.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve
Morning Game Drive at Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, head out for an early morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. This park is renowned for its large population of both black and white rhinos, as well as other wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of bird species.
After the game drive, return to your lodge or camp to freshen up before continuing your journey.
Transfer to Masai Mara
Proceed towards the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch and some relaxation after the drive.
Between July and October, the Masai Mara becomes the stage for the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeests and zebras cross into the reserve in search of fresh grazing, closely followed by predators such as lions and leopards.
5:00 PM – Maasai Walking Safari & Cultural Experience
In the evening, you will be guided by Maasai Morans (warriors) on a walking safari, followed by a cultural visit to traditional Maasai communities where you can experience their customs, traditions, and way of life.
Dinner & Overnight Stay
Return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Full-Day Game Drives in Maasai Mara
Today’s itinerary is flexible and can be customized with your guide based on your preferences and wildlife activity.
Option 1: Full-Day Game Drive
7:30 AM – Departure for Full-Day Safari
After breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. Explore the vast plains of the Masai Mara and visit the Mara River, a key location during the Great Migration. This option offers excellent opportunities for wildlife sightings throughout the day before returning in the late afternoon.
Option 2: Split Game Drives
6:00 AM – Early Morning Game Drive
Set out early when wildlife is most active. After the game drive, return to your accommodation for breakfast and relaxation.
4:00 PM – Afternoon Game Drive
Head out again in the afternoon for another safari experience as animals become active in the cooler hours.
